You need to verify this. So my question is : Do you even have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed in your computer or is it some other program that you're confusing with Adobe Acrobat Reader? I don't work for Adobe, but I volunteer here in the user support forums to help Adobe customers (myself included). Saying that you have the same problem is not helping in trying to figure out what is going on. You need to be specific about the problem.
